Return Policy
No refunds - Store credit only
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. We do NOT offer refunds, we will issue you a store credit which you can use on a future purchase (store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we have determined your item is in good condition, we will email you a store credit. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed .
To start a return, use the Return Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including bodysuits, hats, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and jewelry.
Discounted items that were purchased on sale, special promotion, clearance, or with a coupon code are FINAL SALE, and are NOT eligible for return
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees is the responsibility of the customer. You must purchase your own label.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return was approved. If approved, you will be issued a store credit. (store credit never expires)
