Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
Please be aware that all orders are processed within 3-5 business days (with the exception of weekends, holidays, and sales.)
All orders placed on Friday will be processed beginning the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Should you refuse your package(s), and it is returned to us as undelivered, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, the return shipping charges, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Which will be deducted from any store credit issued.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Riecy Styles is not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or unclaimed packages, or packages that were incorrectly delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by customer. Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly with all relevant information including building, suite, and/or apartment numbers. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
Should your package become lost in transit, or the carrier confirmed it was delivered, but you did not receive it; please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Refunds or store credits will not be issued.
